Terms of Use

By accessing or using NPC-cloudconvert, you agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. The Service

NPC-cloudconvert provides browser-based tools for converting supported image formats. Features and format compatibility may change, and the Service is provided without a guarantee that every input file or conversion will work in every browser.

2. Your files and responsibilities

You retain whatever rights you hold in images you process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to use each file. Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, violate privacy, distribute unlawful material, or breach applicable laws.

3. Conversion results

Image conversion may change visual quality, metadata, transparency, color handling, dimensions, animation, or file size. JPEG does not support transparency; animated formats may be converted as a still frame. Check every output before using it in production, publishing, printing, software distribution, or other important workflows.

4. Availability and limitations

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
Do not use the Service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Do not misrepresent the Service as an official product of another company or platform.

6. Intellectual property

The site's original interface, text, layout, and NPC-cloudconvert branding are owned by the relevant rights holder or used with permission, except for third-party components and assets identified in the project documentation. Open-source dependencies remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of your images to the site operator.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on third-party hosting, DNS, fonts, libraries, or other resources. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies. NPC-cloudconvert is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost profits, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. You should keep your original files and verify converted outputs. This clause does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Continued use after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

10. Contact and governing law

For questions, use a contact channel published by the site owner on the official project repository or associated website. No governing jurisdiction is specified in this general template; the applicable law may depend on the operator's location and the user's circumstances.
